C.R. Laurence P1N345SN Satin Nickel Pinnacle 345 Series Adjustable 135 Degree Glass-to-Glass Hinge offers innovative functionality for modern shower installations. Designed to accommodate monolithic tempered glass, this hinge allows for seamless adjustment to any angle up to 90 degrees without the need to remove the door, ensuring ease of installation and maintenance. Once the door is hung, simply loosen the Allen set screws to achieve the desired position; tightening them will self-center the door. Constructed from solid brass and available in an elegant satin nickel finish, this hinge not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also provides reliable performance. It supports up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with two hinges for doors up to 28 inches wide, and up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with three hinges for doors measuring 32 inches. The self-centering feature ensures that the door closes snugly within 15 degrees of the closed position. CRL Adjustable Pinnacle Series Hinges take our popular Pinnacle Hinge to a new level. Adjustment to accommodate the desired angle (up to 90 degree) is done after the door is installed. Once the door is hung, simply loosen the Allen set screws and turn the door to the desired closed position. By merely tightening the Allen screws your door will self-center to the desired closed position. The door can swing 90 degree inward and also 90 degree outward (adjusting angle from factory set position will reduce 90 degree swing in that direction). For doors pulling outwards only (using a clear door jamb), you can adjust the hinge to close 5 degree inside the shower area, thus having the door close snugly against the jamb.
Using two hinges with 5/16″ to 1/2″ glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28″ (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16″ to 1/2″ glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32″ (813 mm).
