C.R. Laurence MPHT0P Panic Handle Security Roller Top Assembly is engineered to enhance the security and performance of your panic handle systems. This UL 305 listed assembly accommodates doors with a maximum height of 12 feet, making it versatile for various applications. The innovative design allows for easy retrofitting of existing Blumcraft panic handles, streamlining installation and reducing downtime. A standout feature of this assembly is the blue strip on the latch, which simplifies alignment with the strike for a more straightforward installation process. It is compatible with a range of panic handles, including PA100, PA110, PA300, BP100, DPA100, and DPA110, as well as CRL PK and ESK strikes, ensuring seamless integration into your existing hardware. The patented Blumcraft Security Latch provides a distinct flat back, enhancing security through stronger engagement with the strike to resist exterior pull forces. Designed for emergency egress, this push pad exit device features a vertical latch bolt assembly (Patent No. US12054970B2) for reliable operation. Crafted from reinforced steel and finished in brushed stainless steel, this assembly not only offers durability but also maintains aesthetic appeal.
