Hafele 405.35.300 Door Straightening Fitting, Hawa adds essential rigidity to sliding and pivoting doors, effectively preventing warping and twisting of doors and panels. Crafted from durable aluminum with a clear anodized finish, this fitting measures 1900 mm (74 31/16″) in length, making it suitable for door heights ranging from 1215 mm to 2850 mm (47 13/16″ to 112 3/16″). Designed for a door thickness of 16 mm to 50 mm, it is ideal for various applications, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The tensioning profile can be easily recessed and screwed in place, with an option for glue fixing, ensuring a secure installation. Adjustment is straightforward, utilizing pre-mounted hex screws that can be operated with an 8 mm (5/16″) open-ended wrench. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use two alignment fittings per door.Please note that this product is not suitable for hardwood. When used with lacquered panels, milling may be visible on the front, so consideration should be given to the finish of your doors. Each kit includes two door alignment fittings and all necessary components, except for the fastening screws for the tensioners and retaining plates.
