Sargent 2870-65G04 KB 26D Grade 2 Storeroom Lock offers robust security and versatility for medium-duty applications. This Grade 2 storeroom/closet cylindrical lock features a sleek satin chrome finish and a non-handed B lever design, making it suitable for a variety of door configurations. Engineered to exceed ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 standards, this lock is windstorm certified, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. Designed for doors ranging from 1-3/8″ to 1-3/4″ thick, the Sargent 2870 includes a standard 2-3/4″ backset, though 2-3/8″ is available upon request. The cylindrical housing is constructed from steel with a zinc dichromate finish, while the front is made from durable wrought brass and stainless steel. A 6-pin brass cylinder with LA keyway enhances security, and the lock includes two nickel silver keys. The included 600 curved lip strike is available in brass or stainless steel, providing reliable performance.
