Thick weld cleaning brush with a dense fiber structure to help cover a larger surface or weld area. It is used in more demanding weld cleaning operations.

Cougartron Thunderbrush is aneffective and thick brush to be used with our higher-powered Cougartron weld cleaning machines. (ProPlus or InoxFURY)

The brush is4 times thicker than similar modelsand has a dense fiber structure –you cover a larger area to help you achieve desired result faster.Therefore, it is useful when cleaning larger welds.

To protect the crimp against damage, shroud must be used. Thunderbrush is compatible with:

• Double Brush Sliding Shroud (WELC2174)
• Thunderbrush Brush Shroud (WELC2090)
• Double Brush Shroud – Fixed (WELC2007)

Brush operates best at50-80amps.
