CGT-550 is a powerful weld cleaning and polishing fluid that provides exemplary results during weld cleaning tasks. It is suitable to use on all types of stainless steel welds and even aluminum. CGT-550 can be used together with all Cougartron weld cleaning machines and brushes.

Cougartron CGT-550 weld cleaning and polishing fluid is used forcleaning, polishing and passivating stainless steel welds and surfaces after welding and fabrication.

Use and application of weld cleaningand neutralizingfluidsduring weld cleaning process:

1. Dip the weld cleaning brush into theweld cleaning fluid
2. Clean the weldwith a circular motion until the desired result
3. Wipe away any excess fluidresidue from the treated surface
4. Apply neutralizing fluid on the cleaned area
5. Wipe away with a clean cloth

Important:Weld cleaningbrush needs to be wet at all timesfor optimal results. Therefore,dip the brush frequentlyinto the weld cleaning fluid during the cleaning or electropolishing process.
