Laurence Z606BN Brushed Nickel Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Zinc Clamp is engineered for use with 1/4″ and 5/16″ (6 mm and 8 mm) monolithic tempered glass, making it an ideal choice for applications such as mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Constructed from durable zinc with a brushed nickel finish, this clamp not only offers a sleek aesthetic but also ensures longevity, especially in exterior applications. The radius base design accommodates 2″ (51 mm) diameter round tubing, providing a secure and stable installation. For enhanced support, a steel pin is included, which requires a 1/2″ (12 mm) diameter hole when used with thicker glass. Each clamp comes equipped with rubber gaskets and an optional steel pin, ensuring a snug fit that prevents glass slippage. Installation is straightforward; simply use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut to secure the clamp to thin wall tubing, requiring a 17/32″ (13.5 mm) drilled hole. CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp is designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4″ to 5/16″ (6 to 8 mm). Constructed from either zinc or stainless steel, the clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.
For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8″), use CRL’s
ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and
ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32″ (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16″ Mandrel and Nosepiece.
NOTE: 1/2″ (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
