C.R. Laurence EH43 Brushed Nickel “J” Set Screw Clamp for 1/4″ to 5/16″ Glass offers an ideal solution for mounting glass without the need for drilling. Designed for versatility, this solid brass clamp accommodates glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4″ to 5/16″ (6 to 8 mm), making it suitable for various applications, from flush glazing to connecting panels for railing systems or attaching shelves securely to walls.The clamp features a plastic-tipped set screw that ensures a firm grip on the glass, preventing any potential damage. Each unit comes with a wood screw, allowing for easy attachment to any substrate, while its brushed nickel finish adds a touch of elegance to your installation. For optimal use, it is recommended that the depth of any shelf attached should not exceed 5″ (127 mm), and clamps should be installed into wall studs or a wood substrate. With dimensions of 5/8″ (15.9 mm) in length, 3/4″ (19.1 mm) in width, and heights of 1-25/32″ (45.2 mm) on the blank side and 7/8″ (22.2 mm) on the set screw side, this clamp combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. CRL “J” Set Screw Glass Clamps are designed to mount glass quick and easy without having to drill holes in the glass. These solid brass Clamps can be used for a variety of glass applications. They can be attached to any substrate, and the glass is secured by a plastic tipped set screw. Each Clamp is supplied with one wood screw. Clamps are designed to solve glass mounting problems such as flush glazing, connecting panels for railing systems or attaching shelves to walls.
NOTE: It is recommended that the depth of the shelf should not exceed 5″ (127 mm) and that the clamps are installed into wall studs or a wood substrate. One Clamp per pack.
