Arrow Lock BM13 XH 26D Mortise Lock is a robust solution designed for front doors in apartment complexes and commercial buildings. It can accommodate standard door thicknesses of 1-3/4″ and offers a field-reversible handing option, allowing for easy installation without disassembly. With a backset of 2-3/4″, the lock’s durable construction includes a stainless steel latchbolt and a one-piece stainless steel deadbolt, providing exceptional security. Arrow mortise locks are intended for heavy duty use in schools, hospitals and commercial buildings where security, durability and low maintenance are required. The lock case is made from heavy gauge steel, with zinc dichromate finish for corrosion resistance and it can be re-handed without disassembling the lock case. A wide selection of trim designs and functions are offered which meet or exceed the performance requirements of ANSI Grade 1.

• Handing:Handed; field reversible. The lockset can be re-handed without disassembling the lock case.
