Detex Corporation 70-CD-630-48 Advantex Wide Stile Concealed Vertical Rod (CVR) is a robust exit device designed specifically for wooden double doors, providing superior panic and fire exit functionality. This model features a cylinder dogging mechanism, ensuring reliable operation while maintaining a sleek appearance with no exposed trim. Engineered for high-use environments, the 70 series boasts a durable design that stands up to daily wear and tear. Its patented mounting plate system facilitates swift installation, significantly reducing labor costs and time. The 6-position multi-step action in the top latch keeps both bolts retracted until the door is closed, enhancing security and ease of use. This exit device is compatible with standard door thicknesses of 1-3/4″ to 2-1/4″ and is field reversible, allowing for flexible installation options. The heavy-duty angled end cap deflects impact away from the device, prolonging its lifespan. With a satin stainless steel finish (630/US32D), this exit device not only provides functionality but also aesthetic appeal.
